To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging.

خطوات استرجاع المنتج
١. أدخل البريد الإلكتروني الذي استخدمته عند تسجيل طلبك، ثم اضغط على السهم للمتابعة.
٢. سيصلك رمز تحقق على بريدك الإلكتروني. أدخل الرمز لإتمام تسجيل الدخول، ولا تحتاج إلى كلمة مرور.
٣. بعد تسجيل الدخول، اضغط على الطلبات لعرض جميع طلباتك من موقع The Loud Crowd.
٤. اختر الطلب الذي ترغب في استرجاع منتج منه.
٥. اضغط على الثلاث نقاط (⋯)، ثم اختر استرجاع المنتجات (Return items).
٦. اختر سبب الاسترجاع من القائمة، ويمكنك إضافة ملاحظة إذا أردت.
٧. اضغط على الزر الأزرق "مراجعة الطلب" (Review changes)
لمراجعة طلب الاسترجاع قبل إرساله.
بعد إرسال طلب الاسترجاع، سيتم ترتيب استلام الشحنة بواسطة مندوب الشحن خلال يوم إلى يومي عمل، بدءًا من أول يوم عمل يلي تقديم الطلب.
**يرجى التأكد من أن المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم أو مغسول، مع جميع بطاقات المنتج الأصلية المرفقة وغير مقطوعة. لن يتم قبول طلبات استرجاع المنتجات التي تمت إزالة أو قطع بطاقاتها الأصلية.

Step 1: Enter the email address used for your order.
Step 2: Check your email and enter the 6-digit verification code. No password is required. Step 3: Select "Orders" to see all your previous and current orders from our website.
Step 4: Select the order you want to return. Step 5: Tap the three dots (⋯), then select "Return items".
Step 6: Choose the reason for returning the item.
Step 7: Tap the blue "Review changes" button to review your return request before submitting it.
A shipping courier will collect your return within 1–2 business days, starting from the next business day after your return request is submitted.
**Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original product tags (hang tags) attached and uncut. Returns will not be accepted if the original tags have been removed or cut.

Estimated delivery times:
Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days.
Other governorates: 2–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping carrier operations or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will receive shipping updates once their order has been dispatched.
If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed, and any additional shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
Free shipping is available on orders over EGP 1,000.
